Our goal is to eliminate any unpleasant surprises from the second-hand shopping experience. Because we physically inspect every item, we are confident in its quality and the accuracy of its description. The Stufful Guarantee is our promise to you – if we’ve made a mistake, we will take full responsibility.

You can use the Stufful Guarantee to return an item free of charge and receive a full refund if you find any of the following issues:

Item Not as Described:

• If the item’s type, color, size, or material is incorrect.
• If there is any other significant inaccuracy in the description.

Hidden Defects or Incomplete Information:

• If the item’s condition is significantly worse than what was shown in the photos.
• If a significant defect was not mentioned in the description (e.g., a hard-to-see stain, a broken zipper, significant pilling).

Mismatch with Photos:

• The photos do not reflect the item’s actual appearance.

Important:
The Stufful Guarantee applies to cases where we have made an error in the item’s description or assessment.
If the item simply doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, you can still return it within 14 days under our standard return policy.
