Stufful provides tracked order delivery to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, using Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post), Omniva, DPD, and Unisend.

The delivery and handling fees are:

€0.00 for delivery to a Latvijas Pasts parcel locker within Latvia.
€2.99 for delivery to an Omniva, DPD, or Unisend parcel locker within Latvia.
€4.99 for delivery to a parcel locker between countries.
€6.99 for courier delivery within Latvia.
€8.99 for courier delivery between countries.

Delivery usually takes 3 – 5 business days, although this is not guaranteed and may take longer during busy periods.

If tracking information shows that an order has not been delivered within 15 days, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping costs associated with returning an item

If you choose to return an item, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The fees for return shipping are as follows:

€2.99 for returns via parcel lockers within Latvia.
€4.99 for returns via parcel lockers from Lithuania or Estonia.
