We really hope you will love your purchase. However, if the item doesn’t fit or you change your mind, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund.
Important! To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, including attached tags and labels. You may only use the item as much as necessary to understand its characteristics – as if you were inspecting it in a store before purchase. If the item is used more than necessary for this inspection, you are responsible for any decrease in its value.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
1. Complete and submit the Withdrawal Form.
2. Send the item via parcel locker.
Note: Return the goods via parcel locker using the shipping label received in your email. If you are unable to use the carrier provided by Stufful and choose to return the goods via a different carrier at your own expense, you assume the risk of loss or damage until we receive the goods.
After receiving the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. We will refund all payments received from you, excluding the item delivery costs, as well as the delivery costs associated with the return of the item. The delivery and handling fees are specified in Shipping & Delivery. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order.
